Shipping Information

Free Standard Shipping

All orders totaling $500 or more ship free via standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Most ThinkCar scanners qualify for free shipping automatically.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates listed above. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within two business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ThinkCar purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories, cables, and documentation.
  • Products must be in like-new, resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, etc.).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone (see our Contact page) to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without a valid RA number may be delayed or refused. Please do not ship returns to our facility without first contacting us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing and gets the right tool into your hands as quickly as possible.

Warranty Information

All ThinkCar products sold through ThinkCar Diagnostic Tools are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and are specified on each product page. Most ThinkCar scanners carry a minimum one-year warranty.

As an authorized distributor, we handle warranty claims domestically. If your product develops a defect during the warranty period, contact our support team and we will coordinate the repair or replacement directly—no need to deal with overseas shipping or third-party service centers.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from drops, impacts, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or use with incompatible power sources. Normal wear and tear on cables, screen protectors, and carrying cases is also excluded.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no charge and handle the carrier claim on your behalf. Do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been fully resolved.
